1. Intellectual Property & Copyright
All content displayed on this website, including but not limited to brand text, design guides, structural blueprints, visual Kit, images, and trademark logos, is the exclusive intellectual property of Orion Ceilings LLC and our licensing partners. Unauthorized replication, modification, or distribution of our architectural design concepts, digital assets, or proprietary material is strictly prohibited.
2. Architectural Commissions & Design Consultations
Every ceiling we compose is an individual, custom-designed architectural commission. Design consultations, material samples, and preliminary pricing proposals are tailored specifically to your project's physical geometry, ceiling structural capacity, and aesthetic criteria. Proposals are estimates and do not constitute a binding agreement to construct until a formal project agreement is signed and a mobilization deposit is processed.
3. Licensed Structural Execution & Partnerships
Orion Ceilings is the creative sales, design, and consulting brand. To ensure the highest level of build-integrity, safety, and compliance with California regulations, all physical installation, structural engineering reviews, electrical wiring, and operational billing are proudly executed by our fully licensed, THX-certified, bonded, and insured general/specialty contractor fulfillment arm: **Innovation Technologies** (Licensed C-7 #962042).
4. Limitation of Liability
Orion Ceilings and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your access to or use of this website. Our physical liability limits regarding custom structural installations are governed solely by our individual project execution contracts signed prior to mobilization.
5. User Responsibilities & Conduct
You agree to use this website only for legitimate inquiries into our ceiling commissions. You must not attempt to disrupt website operations, scraping data, or submit fraudulent/malicious inquiries via our diagnostic contact forms.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising under these Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action shall be filed in the courts of San Diego County, California.
